IL VOUS FAIRE UNE DEMANDE AUPRES DE VOTRE MEDECIN TRAITANT ET L'ENVOYER A VOTRE CENTRE DE SECURITE SOCIALE
LES SOINS SONT PRIS EN CHARGE ENTRE LA SECURITE SOCIALE OU VOTRE MUTUELLE MAIS LE LOGEMENT EST A VOS FRAIS
