Sinusitis

Many years ago I visited the Therme whilst on holiday. I had a heavy cold verging on sinusitis which I suffer from occasionally. I had the saline nasal irrigation treatment which worked wonders. Unfortunately, we don’t have Thermes in England and I have been unable to find this treatment here. Is it possible to buy the equipment from you for home treatment? Thank you
